Heidi Mau is an Associate Professor of Communications at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she currently teaches courses in digital literacy, design, and media studies. Her research intersects areas of media, memory, and popular culture as informed by a background in film/video production, fine arts, and studies in media and communication. Heidi has an M.F.A. in Film & Media Arts and a Ph.D. in Media and Communication, both from Temple University in Philadelphia. Before her current position with Albright College, Heidi taught courses in media production at University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, and at the University of Oklahoma.
