Please fill out the short form to let ReadingFilm office know you plan to participate in the 2023 Five-Minute FilmFEST. You MUST be a Berks County, PA high-school student to participate. Teachers may enter on behalf of a class or student. Submissions are open until March 31, 2023. Late deadline April 3, 2023
