Linda Bell has been a professional photographer since the age of 16. She worked as a sales/production executive for the photography and marketing field in Philadelphia.
Linda then launched her own business and spent almost a decade helping companies, large and small, with print, virtual communications and promotional materials. It’s what she refers to as ‘creative choreography’.
After ‘retiring’ to our little ‘farm’ in Berks County, photography (mostly portraits and events) became a renewed passion.
Gardening, Cooking, Hosting House concerts and community gatherings, supporting local artists and businesses continues to be important to her. Linda and her husband host a B&B on the farm. Volunteering with the ReadingFilmFEST has been a rewarding creative experience.
According to LInda, “Traveling, meeting people and appreciating nature with my husband and dogs give me great joy” she continues, “enjoying our B&B guests from all over the world makes me feel like we are ‘reverse traveling’”.
Favorite films Linda viewed recently include; Where the Crawdads Sing (2018), Glass Onion, A Knives Out Mystery (2022), and 2020’s David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet Linda also admitted she enjoyed the film of the “This is Reading” performance so much, she downloaded it from Vimeo and shared with several people! Nice to get to know you, Linda!
