Old brick Warehouse which could be used as a sound stage. Ceiling height over 30 feet, ample open space for multiple sets. Space for a construction shop and production storage. This is the former site of The Reading Iron Company. In 1836 the Company was a single rolling mill and nail factory. By 1936, the site produced about 60% of the nations puddled iron.

Family owned and operated since 1911, The Reading Foundry & Supply Company is the area's leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies.
