The Spirituality & Conference Center/Convent can be found on 55 acres in the picturesque Blue Mountain region. Mother Vernonica Grzedowska, a native of Poland, came to Reading in 1894 with three other nuns and established the religious order’s first permanent home and ministry. The Conference Center is available for religious, education and business groups looking for a serene environment for retreats, meetings and seminars. 30 acres of peaceful walking paths help to create a sense of peace and inviting guests to outdoor Stations of the Cross, prayer at the Grotto, or a quiet visit to the cemetery.
